Unlike other companies I spoke to who employed salesmen that have never even installed a solar system, Dan came to survey and quote, specifying a solar and battery system that completely matched my requirements, with no upselling or unnecessary extras. Dan then had the complete system installed and up and running in two days. Since the system was installed in October 23, it has been working seamlessly, significantly reducing our electricity bills. Exceptionally high standard of work and customer service that puts other companies to shame and very easy and friendly to work with. Highly recommended!

Dan and the team have done a fantastic job on our recent solar project. From the outset when Dan visited us to get the requirement, I realised that Potentia are not like other suppliers. Dan took the time to understand what we wanted to achieve and explained why he advocated the solution he was going to recommend. He got it spot on. We contact Potentia after problems with our original installer. We wanted to get some more panels added to our system after having an extension built, and our original installer agreed to supply and fit these, but then let us down repeatedly with no timeframe for resolution. We had already had the installer back previously to rectify major issues with their work, which had taken several months to resolve, so decided to look elsewhere. Our experience with Dan and Kirsty couldn’t have been more different! Right from the start, we were struck by their caring attitude. They bent over backwards to help us, and to do so as quickly as possible (Dan even came out at 0730 one morning to meet us and do a survey!). During the survey he identified further problems with the original installation that we hadn’t been aware of: the panels were hanging slightly off the edge of the roof, which contravened regulations and put them at risk of being blown off in a storm; and there was a clip missing which meant one panel wasn’t even properly attached. There were also pigeons nesting under the panels – our original installer hadn’t offered bird proofing. Dan suggested we contact MCS and try to get the original installer to put these issues right, as we shouldn’t have had to pay for this ourselves, but due to the stress we’d already been through and having no confidence in our original installer to do a good job, we instead asked Potentia to do this work for us, and to supply and fit the extra panels at the same time (along with bird proofing). We also asked them to move our inverter and batteries inside, now that we had space in the extension. They booked us in as early as they could, and proved completely reliable. Dan even came out again the day before the installation to check everything. On installation day they brought round a large team who worked together to get everything completed within the day. They did an excellent job and by the end of the day, the system was back up and generating. Inside, the equipment looks very neat too. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Potentia and only wish that we had found them first!

Recently had Potentia fit and commission a PV system at my house including battery and car charger. I got a bunch of quotes before starting, and they were not the cheapest: but they didn't try and sell me things I didn't want, and actually listened to my requirements. Communication throughout was fantastic, all work took place exactly when Dan said it would. A fantastic company and I wish all my building interactions were like the one I had with Potentia.

I can't praise this company enough from start to finish. I came to Dan needing some guidence for our proposed setup. He attended our property the same week and we had our quotes by the weekend. He listens and guides you and is not at all pushy about what route you go. He is a true professional with the knowledge to match. The install was then up in a couple of weeks. The team were outstanding and work like a well oiled machine. The quality of work was of the highest standard. Kirsty in the office was also outstanding, paperwork and certificates were sent over in a timely fashion. I've already recommended PE to several friends. Just had solar panels and batteries installed. Dan and Kirsty were brilliant to work with. The survey was completed quickly, with a really detailed quote and solar generation projection produced. The installation was scheduled around my roof replacement, which changed a couple of times and the installation was flexed accordingly.
